Delivery Information
At Club Decks, every card is custom made to order and professionally printed in the UK.
Once your design has been finalised and your order placed, your personalised trading cards will be printed, carefully quality checked, and dispatched within 5 working days.
What to Expect:
- Production and dispatch within 5 working days
- Printed and fulfilled in the UK
- Secure packaging to protect your cards in transit
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, but we always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy
Because every Club Decks card is personalised and made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Custom products cannot be resold once printed.
However, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, contains a printing error, or does not match the design you approved, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to investigate and resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
Our priority is to ensure you receive a product you’re proud to own and collect.
